We build in Warsaw, run a 48-hour burn-in on every machine, and ship across the EU with DHL, DPD and UPS. Outside the EU, customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
Where we ship
We build in Warsaw and ship across the European Union, plus selected European countries (Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

Build & dispatch time
Each machine is assembled to order and put through a 48-hour burn-in test before it leaves the bench.
Unless we agree a longer time with you, we deliver within 30 days. Because each machine is assembled to order, for most builds we agree a specific, longer date with you before you pay and confirm it in writing — typically a few weeks, depending on the build and component availability.
If we miss an agreed date you may set us a further reasonable period, and if we miss that too you may cancel and be refunded without delay. See clause 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

Carriers & cost
We ship with DHL, DPD and UPS, choosing the best option for your destination.
Each machine is packed to protect it in transit.
Shipping costs (and any insurance) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & duties outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
These are not included in the price at checkout and are billed to you directly by the carrier or customs authority.
Tracking & receipt
Once your order ships we provide a tracking number on your order page.
Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes possession of the machine — so anything that happens in transit is ours to resolve. Please inspect the package on arrival and tell us about any damage promptly, which makes the carrier claim far easier; you do not lose any right by not doing so.
