In short
We build in Warsaw, run a 48-hour burn-in on every machine, and ship across the EU with DHL, DPD and UPS. Outside the EU, customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
Where we ship
We build in Warsaw and ship across the European Union, plus selected European countries (Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

Build & dispatch time
Each machine is assembled to order and put through a 48-hour burn-in test before it leaves the bench.
Typical lead time is a few weeks depending on the build and component availability; we confirm an estimate for your specific order and keep you updated.
Your order tracking page shows the current status at any time.
Carriers & cost
We ship with DHL, DPD and UPS, choosing the best option for your destination.
Each machine is packed to protect it in transit.
Shipping costs (and any insurance) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs & duties outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
These are not included in the price at checkout and are billed to you directly by the carrier or customs authority.
Tracking & receipt
Once your order ships we provide a tracking number on your order page.
Please inspect the package on arrival and report any transit damage to us promptly so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
