In short
We collect only what we need to quote, build, ship and support your order. We don’t sell your data, and optional analytics stay off unless you accept them.
Overview
NXPC (“we”, “us”) designs and assembles custom computers in the European Union.
This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For any privacy question or request, email legal@nxpc.eu.
Data we collect
Order & contact details. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and your Telegram or Instagram handle when you reach us there.
Your messages. Anything you choose to include when you contact us or describe a build.
Payment data. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number — only the result of the payment and the billing/shipping details returned to us.
Technical data (with consent). Your approximate region — derived from your IP address, not stored as a precise location — plus basic device and browser information.
How we use your data & legal bases
Prepare quotes, take payment, build, ship and support your order — contract.
Answer enquiries and provide warranty support — contract / legitimate interest.
Keep the website and our systems secure and working — legitimate interest.
Approximate-region pricing and analytics — only with your consent.
Meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data or run hidden tracking.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law, then deleted.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls.
No method is 100% secure. Please keep your account and contact channels safe and tell us promptly if you suspect any misuse.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any right, email legal@nxpc.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland, the UODO).
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
