Built on a bench,not a line.
Every NXPC is assembled, tuned and tested in Warsaw by the people who specified it. This is what happens between the order and the courier.
Step 01
The brief
Before any part is chosen we work out what the machine has to do: the software, the hours, the room it will stand in and the noise you are prepared to live with. Most specification mistakes are made here, not at checkout.
A written specification, agreed before anything is ordered.
Step 02
Component selection
Parts are picked against the workload rather than a tier list. If the cheaper CPU is the right one because the budget belongs in the GPU, that is what gets specified — and we say why.
No substitutions without asking you first.

Step 03
Assembly
Built by hand on the bench, in the order that keeps every connector reachable: board out of the case, cooling dry-fitted, then the machine closed around a loom that was measured, not stuffed.
One engineer owns the build from first screw to shipping.
Step 04
Cable management
Routed, combed and tied behind the tray. It photographs well, but the reason is airflow: a chassis moves air the way it was designed to only when nothing is in the way of it.
Every loom cut to length for that chassis.

Thermal tuning
Fan curves, radiator placement and undervolts set for that specific machine, then measured again under sustained load rather than at idle — idle numbers tell you nothing about a render at 2am.
Measured under load, not at the desktop.
Step 06
48-hour burn-in
Two days of stress, thermal and memory testing on the bench. Components fail early or they rarely fail at all, so this is where a bad stick of memory surfaces — here, not at your desk in week three.
The test log stays with your order.

Packing and delivery
GPU braced, machine double-boxed, accessories and the build record in the same carton. Insured, tracked delivery across the European Union, included in the price you were shown.
