Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the sale of custom-built computers and related services by NXPC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Please read clause 5 carefully — it affects your right to cancel.

You tell us what you need; we prepare a build and a quote.

A contract forms once we confirm your order and your payment has cleared.

We may decline or cancel an order if a component becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.

The exact total depends on your country’s VAT rate and is confirmed at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, see clause 6.

Orders are paid 100% upfront. Assembly begins only after payment has cleared.

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Every NXPC machine is assembled to your individual specification.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does notapply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. A completed custom build therefore cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind.

Before assembly begins you may contact us to adjust or cancel your order; once we have started sourcing and building to your spec, cancellation may not be possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty (see clause 7).

We build in Warsaw and ship across the EU and selected European countries via DHL, DPD and UPS.

For destinations outside the EU, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

Every build carries a 2-year NXPC build warranty; components are also covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.

We provide support worldwide.

The warranty covers defects in assembly and qualifying component failures; it does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms.

We are not liable for data loss — please keep your own backups — or for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages or carrier disruption. We will keep you informed and agree a new timeline where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order, shown by the “last updated” date above.
