1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NXPC website and any build request you submit through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the website

• You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• You agree not to submit false information or to misuse our forms (including spam).
• All content, branding and designs on this site belong to NXPC and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Build requests & quotes

Submitting a build request does not create a binding contract. It is an invitation for us to review your requirements and respond, typically within 24 hours. Any specifications, prices or timelines we share are estimates until confirmed in writing as part of a formal order. Component availability and pricing can change.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

A confirmed order is subject to the specification, price and payment terms agreed at that time. Prices are quoted in euros unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where pricing is clearly erroneous or components become unavailable, in which case any payment made is refunded.

5. Warranty

NXPC builds carry a 2-year build warranty with EU-wide support. Individual components also carry their manufacturers’ warranties. Full warranty terms are provided with your order. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NXPC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Governing law & contact
